Virtual customer-contact firm Alpine Access wrote us yesterday that they're again recruiting for bilingual agents fluent in Spanish and English.
The company noted that Spanish-speaking Customer Care Professionals (CCPs) will receive inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers. The CCP will be required to communicate in Spanish over the phone, and type and read instructions in English.
