Virtual call center VIPdesk, which has been steadily expanding its corps of home-based agents, announced today that it seeks 100+ agents in Kentucky.
"Customer Service Representatives will respond to incoming calls from debit card holders with questions about their account status, balance inquiries, how to reset their PIN, and more," said the company's press release.
Two weeks of paid training will start in "early December," the company added. Reps will earn approximately $8-$9 per hour.
Other factors to note (also from the press release):
"[A]ll candidates must pass a background and credit check, a fingerprinting test administered by the financial services client, and a drug test. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred but not required."
